Trustco: Earnings expected to rise by half

Trustco expected its earnings for the year through March to gain by between 40 percent and 60 percent, the Namibian-based financial services provider said yesterday.

The group conducted a dual primary listing on the JSE's Africa board in February last year.

Trustco said it expected its revenue to increase by between 10 percent and 30 percent year on year and headline earnings to grow by between 15 percent and 35 percent.

Last year, Trustco's revenue rose 71 percent to R484 million, while headline earnings gained 54 percent. Trustco shares were unchanged at 40c on the JSE yesterday.- Florence de Vries
