Johannesburg - Shares of petrochemicals group Sasol, the world's largest maker of motor fuel from coal, rise 1.73 percent to 392.37 rand, boosted by a higher crude oil price, outperforming a 0.14 percent rise in the JSE's Top-40 blue chip index.

Brent crude oil rose above $105 per barrel on Tuesday, rallying from an eight-month low after China's inflation slowed, giving it room to keep monetary policy easy and support oil demand in the world's second-biggest consumer. - Reuters
