LOAD shedding risk was moderate this week, Eskom said yesterday. Some of the utilities’ generators and units were still out for maintenance, but it was positive its systems would cope. Spokesman Khulu Phasiwe said the utility was doing most of their maintenance in summer to cater for the high demand in winter. “At the moment we do have capacity to cater for the week ahead, but we will be guided by capacity availability,” he said. – Siphamandla Goge
