US model Hailey Bieber shared on her social media accounts on Tuesday, May 20, that she has graced the cover of Vogue, making this her first solo cover for the June issue. Her husband’s reaction has the internet buzzing.
Justin Bieber is receiving online criticism following an Instagram post where he recounted an argument with his wife, Hailey, and he admitted to telling Hailey that she would never grace the cover of the prestigious magazine.
He revealed in a now-edited caption: “Yo, this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight. I told Hails that she would never be on the cover of 'Vogue'.
“Yikes, I know, so mean. For some reason, because I felt disrespected, I thought I gotta get even,” he wrote.
The "Baby" hitmaker added that as people mature, we all realise that we are getting anything or even helping by trying to settle the score.
“So baby, you already know, but forgive me for saying you wouldn't get a 'Vogue' cover, cause clearly I was sadly mistaken,” he ended his caption.

Bieber’s fans were not here for it as they flooded his comment section telling him that this moment was not the right time for him to say that publicly and he should re-edit his caption.
“All Justin had to say was congrats. But no, he goes straight to I never believed you could,” one social media user wrote.
Another user commented: “What was the need for him to share this?? Lmao.”
While another user added, “Congrats would have been perfectly fine.”
“Now why would he say this? Of all the things he could say publicly?” another user said.
Justin has since edited the Instagram caption to just four emojis.
After tying the knot in 2018, the Biebers have been facing online scrutiny over their relationship for years now.
Fans have been circulating videos or pictures that show Justin being mean to Hailey. There are also videos on social media where people claim that Hailey was Justin’s stalker for decades before they started dating.
