If you've ever wanted to get your hands on Durban businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize’s luxury designer handbags and luggage, you still have time.
This as her luxury items are still up for auction, with bidding closing on Wednesday.
To date, the highest bids are R6500 on two Louis Vuitton Zephyr Suitcases and a Louis Vuitton Boîte Pharmacie vanity case. There are 18 designer items on the auction list, with the lowest bid at R1,000.
IOL previously reported that Mkhize's assets, including vehicles, were seized at a training facility on a farm outside Pietermaritzburg and Mkhize’s house in Sandton, Johannesburg.
The taxman sent at least 10 trucks to remove the items. Other small and heavy-duty tow trucks were brought in to tow away vehicles, including heavy construction vehicles and a number of metal shipping containers.

Police and SARS seized more than 40 firearms, thousands of rounds of ammunition, and several luxury vehicles during coordinated raids on businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize’s properties in Durban, Pietermaritzburg, and Johannesburg late last year.
At Mkhize’s La Lucia property, officers discovered rifles, shotguns, and handguns alongside 2,000 rounds of ammunition. Among the high-end vehicles confiscated were a Lamborghini and a Rolls-Royce registered to the Shandi Trust and Royal AM, as well as a Mercedes-Benz Maybach, BMW X6, Mercedes-AMG G63, Toyota Hilux Legend 50, and Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
