REVEALED: Trump's sons spent '$73,000 of taxpayers money' on Dubai trip
LONDON - A private trip taken to the Middle East by Donald Trump's two eldest sons has cost the American taxpayer more than $73,000.
CBS News reported on Sunday that the expenses are to cover the real-state scions' Secret Service detail, hotel rooms and car services from March 26 to April 8 as they tour Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
Donald Trump Jr., 40, along with 34-year-old Eric Trump, met with 'the team at Trump International Golf Club, Dubai,' according to a Trump Organization representative.
The expenses are covering the real-state scions Secret Service detail, hotel rooms and car services from March 26 to April 8. The brothers are pictured above during their trip.
CBS News reportedly viewed the expenses, tallying $73,000, after gaining access to purchase orders provided by a confidential source.
The revelation may pose as another financial scandal to hit the Trump universe after questions about Environmental Protection Agency chief Scott Pruitt's spending habits became public.
Laura Trump (R), Eric's wife, also accompanied the family to attend the wedding and posted a photo onto Instagram of herself and Amira (L), Sajwani's daughter.
Pruitt, it was recently revealed by The Associate Press, spent millions in taxpayer money on security and travel while heading the EPA, and has been mired in controversy since it was learned that he lodged at the home of a Washington lobbyist for $50 a night.
The Trump boys were seen rubbing shoulders with one of Dubai's richest families as they attended the wedding of Amira Sajwani, the daughter of Trump Organization business partner Hussain Sajwani.

The Crown Prince and deputy ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan, also attended the wedding.
Sajwani, a self-made real estate billionaire, has called the Trump family 'dear friends and business partners.'
The Secret Service later confirmed that it was conducting a 'protective operation' in the oil-rich nation, but refused to offer further details of the trip.

Laura Trump, Eric's wife, also accompanied the family to attend the wedding and posted a photo onto Instagram of herself and Amira, who serves as chief financial officer of Damac Properties, her father's company.
While the President still retains ownership of the Trump Organization, the day-to-day operations have been left into the hands of his sons.
Trump pledged not to start any foreign projects while in office, while an ongoing Trump-branded golf course in Dubai is being developed on Damac property.
