Brooklyn Beckham has spoken publicly about the ongoing speculation regarding his relationship with his family.

In a recent online interview, Beckham said that he is unconcerned by the "rubbish" swirling around about his family rift.

"There's always going to be people saying negative things, but I have a very supportive wife. Me and her, we just do our thing, we just keep our heads down and work. And we're happy," said the 26-year-old.

Beckham spoke at the Ryder Cup All-Star at the Bethpage Black Golf Course, where he participated in the celebrity golf tournament against Team USA's Eli Manning and Colin Jost.

After the tournament had finished, he said that he would be heading back home to his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham and their dogs, and would not attend the match between Inter Miami - a club his father, David Beckham, co-owns - and New York City FC.

The ongoing family feud has been fueled by reports suggesting he has not spoken with his parents since they were last photographed together on Boxing Day last year.

Things escalated when Beckham and Peltz renewed their wedding vows in August without inviting David and Victoria Beckham.

Beckham went on to reveal that the couple had not let the negativity get to them.

"I never worry about what people say or write about my personal life. Everyone is always going to say rubbish. I just try and do this, play some golf with some friends. It's good fun."

The couple, who married in 2022, have continually shown their affection for one another.

Back in April, Beckham shared a heartfelt note to Nicola for their anniversary: "Happy anniversary baby x I love you so much and I continue to fall more in love with you every second x you make me a better man."

While Brooklyn remains tight-lipped about the specifics of the alleged family feud, it is said to have started back when the pair first got married.

A source revealed online: "Brooklyn and Nicola were under the impression they were being gifted their first dance by Marc Anthony.

Then Marc Anthony announced, ‘Please welcome to the stage the most beautiful woman in the room … Victoria Beckham'. Brooklyn wasn’t quite sure what to do and was put in an awkward situation."

"Guests were shocked, and Nicola left the room crying. She eventually came back and was able to collect herself to celebrate the rest of her wedding."

Meanwhile, back on the golf course, Beckham had some ups and downs during the tournament.

Online reports say that throughout the 11-hole game, he repeatedly hit the ball out of bounds and kept seeing it get stuck in bunkers.

To add salt to his wound, the crowd wasted no time in laughing at Beckham's best efforts. Fans apparently laughed at the 26-year-old for having a "terrible" game, while others also said he had "a lack of talent".
