Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis and mayoral committee member for human settlements Carl Pophaim handed over title deeds to 42 beneficiary families in Manenberg on Saturday as part of the City’s No Cost Transfer initiative to enable cost-free home ownership for qualifying City tenants.
