Congratulatory messages have been streaming in for renowned local media personality Anton Jeftha, who proposed to his partner, Tegan Goldman.
The actor and model took to Instagram on New Year’s Eve to announce the engagement.
Alongside an image of the couple in what is reported to be the Tsitsikamma National Park in the Eastern Cape, he wrote: “She said..Uh💍. Twenty twenty Thrive ✨.”
Tegan also shared the picture in which she is flaunting her engagement ring while Jeftha kissed her on her cheek.
She captioned it: “The subscriber you’ve dialled is unavailable, she’s ENGAGED 💍. Opens Pinterest board.”
Scores of celebrities have since taken to the comments section to wish the couple well.
This includes fellow media personality Boity Thulo, who Jeftha split from in 2023.
According to “Zimoja”, they started dating in 2021 and even took a romantic vacation to Paris, France in 2022.
The publication added that the pair confirmed their relationship when they shared a kiss and insight into a relationship, on an episode of S3’s “The Insider” in January 2022.
The television personality and rapper commented on Jeftha’s engagement post: “Called it! 😍😍 Congratulations julle!! 💃🏾💃🏾✨✨🤗🤗❤️❤️.”
Meanwhile, Jeftha’s “Happiness Is” co-star Renate Stuurman wrote: “Yaaaayyy!!!!!💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 Congratulations to you both!!!!❤️❤️❤️.”
Fellow actor Bonko Khoza commented: “Congratulations bro! What a blessing❤️.”
Comedian Marc Lottering posted: “💘💘💘 lekke! Congrats julle twee💘💘💘,” and Shashi Naidoo wrote: “I am so incredibly happy for you both ❤️❤️❤️.”
Meanwhile, Jeftha and Goldman appear to be enjoying the start of 2025 on a romantic holiday in Gqeberha.
Following the proposal, Goldman took to her Instagram stories to post an image of her cocktail while also flaunting her engagement ring.
She wrote: “What day is it?What year is it? Craziest few days & I’m still floating. Thank you for all the beautiful messages. A and I are so incredibly blessed with the most amazing people around us. I’m overwhelmed by joy and gratitude.”
